How to remove IE8 browser full version?



Some friends for early adopters, installed the IE8 browser, but for some reason would like to revert to previous lower version browser, like how does it work?

First of all, make sure you install the IE8 version, while recognizing that your operating system.

Delete Internet Explorer 8 (IE8), it will restore an earlier version of Internet Explorer, and custom settings (such as add, favorites, and home page).

In Windows XP or Windows Server 2003 Next remove IE8

To uninstall Internet Explorer 8, please follow these steps:

1. Close all programs.

2. Click "Start", then click "Control Panel."

3. Click the "Add or Remove Programs."

4. In the Currently installed programs list, click Windows Internet Explorer 8, and then click "Remove."

IT Knowledge Tip: If Windows Internet Explorer 8 does not appear in the list of installed updates, then try to use for Windows XP or Windows Server 2003 back-step.

5. Follow the instructions to uninstall Internet Explorer 8.

6. Uninstallation is complete, restart your computer.

Windows XP or Windows Server 2003 back-step

To uninstall Internet Explorer 8, please follow these steps:

1. Carefully select and copy the following command:

% Windir% ie8spuninstspuninst.exe

2. Click "Start", then click "Run."

3. In the "Open" box, type Cmd.exe, and then press Enter.

4. Cmd.exe window right-click, and then click "paste" paste your copied in step 1 command.

5. Press Enter to uninstall Internet Explorer 8.

6. Uninstallation is complete, restart your computer.

In Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008 Next remove IE8

To uninstall Internet Explorer 8, please follow these steps:

1. Close all programs.

2. Click "Start", then click "Control Panel."

3. Click the "procedure" under the "Uninstall a program"

4. In the task pane, click "View installed updates."

5. In the list of installed updates, double-click the Windows Internet Explorer 8.

Note: If Windows Internet Explorer 8 does not appear in the list of installed updates, then try to use for Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008 back-step.

6. In the "Uninstall Update" dialog box, click "Yes."

Note: If you are prompted us for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or click "Continue."

7. Follow the instructions to uninstall Internet Explorer 8.

8. Uninstallation is complete, restart your computer.

For Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008 back-step

To uninstall Internet Explorer 8, please follow these steps:

1. Carefully select and copy the following command:

2. Click "Start", then "Start Search" box, type Cmd.exe.

3. In the Programs list, right-click Cmd.exe, and then click "Run as administrator."

Note: If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or click "Continue."

4. Right-click inside the Administrator: Command Prompt window, then click "Paste" Paste copied in step 1 command. 5. Press Enter to uninstall Internet Explorer 8.

6. Uninstallation is complete, restart your computer.
